( this are some suggestions from our different cousins but this is only an initial suggestions..this will be finalized by our committee meeting on august 4-5, 2013... )

rendering songs... while most of us spend
fellowship/chitchat/talking/knowing each other on their own while waiting for other relatives to come

I know you already talk about this maybe in previous meeting pud.. I will just write what I will remember lang..so pardon me if naa ko ma mention na inyo na na meetingan ug na aggree han.. hehehe..ako ba lang sa ako mahinumduman lang ba..

6:30 - 7:30 pm DINNER ( I guess one hour for dinner is not enough for everyone not unless we are always in a hurry. Suggestion, maybe 1 hour and 30 minutes at least, there is joy in the table when everyone is talking and in every meal everyone have must go to different tables with other relatives).. is this a buffet style of meals? based on my experience  in our program, everyone is rushing to eat to finish on time.. :) very cramming jud..murag halos dili kaginhawa sa paspas ug loaded nga schedules in a day...hehehe..please, sometimes the more each person know each other is thru eating fellowship.. hahaha.. and i will suggest, each table will give one 30 seconds chant and whoever is the nicest and funniest but not green jokes or offending, will win.. judges will be 3 old folks every time.. :) and this will be every meal to make it more fun and lively.. we did that here too.. it is really fun.. time can be 6-8pm)

7:30 - 10:00 PM WELCOME PARTY

(I believe everyone will be gracious enough if we will extend time for this.. so suggestion time will be 8-10:30pm) but for those who will hang out more after the programs especially the younger ones maybe until 12midnight..hehehe.. i believe they will enjoy that and maybe for some wants to hang out until 1am..as long as they must wake up in the specific time given to wake up)..hahaha

4:30-5:30am..(suggestion, waking up time/shower/getting ready for the day. this is important to note, the preparation time..( i guess some will really sleep longer..hahahah..it will maybe happen.. and some will escape devotion.. but really encouraging everyone to get involve... i am not sure if one hour is good enough for preparation. it depends on how many showers they have..:) not unless there will be 2 people inside the shower room.. or maybe ang uban di na maligo..hehehe...mag ilis na lang para dali...joke!..

5:00 - 5:45 PM MORNING WORSHIP / Devotion (suggestion time will be 5:30-6am? perhaps 2 songs and bible passage sharing and praying in the morning) OR we can just do this during Praise and Worship time because there will be preaching of God's Word and Prayers.. So, we will not be rushing, cramming and running out of time because there will be a lot of presentation by clan.. we can have this time for breakfast which is one hour and 30 minutes from 5:30-7am..).. I am also including here the program for the Praise and Worship Time..
